Retro Room

I'm on such a tight budget this month (in other words I've completely overspent on clothes and other things I didn't really need) so all I've been able to afford for my room is paint samples. On the plus side, I've decided on a very green teal called 'Proud Peacock' by Dulux. It has a very retro, quirky feel and yes, it's meant to be a feature wall but with white accessories I think I can really pull it off in my teeny tiny bedroom.

With this colour, I'd love to have some retro accessories mixed with some modern bronze and white accents. I've put together an all new mood board to try and help me decide what to buy for my room and what to take inspiration from, and I thought I'd share it with you all. Let me know what you think!

  1. It's amazing combination but I would be careful with amount of red as you may overkill the effect. Yellow/white yes! Great moodboard!

  3. I love that shade, especially with the mustard yellow, grey and white. Not sure about too much red though! Would love to see some pictures when it's finished x
